    • Enlist key stakeholders in early change management

    • Get clear with all stakeholders about your goals

    • Develop a roadmap for the year ahead

    • Align on the key milestones

    • Build the roadmap for priorities aligned month-to-month and week-to-week work

  • Investment in Academic Infrastructure

    We leverage decades of experience to prioritize institutional change to drive long-term impact beyond a single person or leader. Thrive supports you in designing, developing, and/or adapting sustainable academic systems and structures that support teaching and learning, like those related to:

    • Teacher intellectual preparation and content knowledge building

    • Looking at student work practices

    • Staff observation and feedback systems

  • Results-Oriented Leadership Coaching

    Our program includes

    • Weekly coaching meetings that give our partners the tools, time, structure, and guidance you need to monitor progress, respond to data, and build capacity in the leader and organization more broadly.

    • Multiple on-site visits to build the core leadership competencies and instructional leadership skills you need to thrive in your role and realize results.

  • Adding Capacity Where it Counts

    In our program, you don’t just get a coach- you also get additional capacity via a highly effective leader's time! Your coach will plug into your strategy and actually do work on the ground that lets your organization tackle more, like:

    • Designing and facilitating staff Professional Development

    • Curriculum audit and design

    • Planning and leading stakeholder engagement meetings

    • Direct to teacher development
